All Hallows Fantasy Faire
Mother Lode fairgrounds in Sonora, CA is the home of All Hallows Fantasy Faire. Everyone is invited. Zombies will dance with the Steampunkers. Rennies will cavort with the Diesel Punkers. Mythological meets madness and mayhem. Everything you love about a Ren faire tied up with Halloween. What more could you ask for? How about room decorating contests, an exotic ball, entertainers and vendors galore?
Denizens of the dark and eerie creatures stalk the village and it starts from the time you enter. You cross a troll bridge and have to answer a riddle to get inside. Once inside look for the entertainment to begin immediately and last all day. This year make time in your schedule of The Black Irish Band, 1916, The Blues Box Bayou Band, and two of the members of the band Brother will be performing. There should be music to meet everyones tastes so plan some time to listen.
Along with the musical entertainment, there will be some more outlandish shows to take in. Professor Algernon the Steampunk Illusionist will be there to show you the new cutting-edge of Victorian technology and know-how. Adamantine promises to show you what belly dancing is all about. The Brotherhood of Firebenders will be on hand proving that mother was right, you shouldn’t play with matches. SoLuna Belly Dancers will get the crowd moving as you watch them demonstrate one of the most ancient of dances.
While you are enjoying the entertainment make sure that you spend time in the zombie graveyard, the medieval village and spend some money with the vendors. Dozens of vendors have brought their best to put on display for you. Here is a list of the vendors they are expecting:

Take some time to see each of the booths and as always pick up a new piece for your costume. Yes, I said costume. You have to go in costume. This is a Halloween / Ren Faire. If you don’t go in costume to this one what are you thinking. Plus there is a costume contest… potential for prizes!
All Hallows Fantasy Faire is a full on Halloween Party with a Renaissance Fair thrown in to boot. Add a dash of Steampunk and some turn of the century Victorians and you have a couple of days that will have you already planning your trip for the next year.
